Watching the Chef
I had a captive audience last night while cooking dinner. They enjoyed having water and a snack while watching me cook dinner. It's the best way I knew to keep and eye on them while Nick was finishing his finals.
Drew prefers a sippy cup with a straw so we are just going with it. If Jack leaves his drink unattended and there is a straw attached, he can make it disappear in seconds!

Lydi spends a good amount of time in her high chair while I'm making dinner too. It's either that, or eat at midnight because I'm chasing her!
The boys are just precious, Beth & Nick! I wish I could meet them in person - maybe next year. I happened to be on vacation in DC when I got this message from Jeanne to check out your blog. What a great idea! We had nothing like this, of course, when our kids were young! I LOVE D.C. and am so excited you'll be living there as I make a trip every year in the fall. I'll see you next year.
