Grandma and Papa visit!!!!!

Drew was very taken with Papa and wanted him to read him story after story. He loves Mr. Brown can moo because he can do all of the sounds.

On their last day here, Grandma and Papa took the boys to McDonald's for lunch. What a treat!

Drew discovered ketchup that day and used it generously on his nuggets.

The boys loved having their Grandma and Papa here for the week. Too bad the weather didn't cooperate so we spent much of it inside. Drew learned lots of new words and Jack had fun telling them all about his new preschool he will be attending in the fall and talking about fishing. He got to go fishing in the catch and release pond across the street from us but Daddy didn't take any pictures so Mommy will have to tag along next time :)

Coloring

The boys love sitting at the table and coloring. Drew especially likes it because he gets to sit in Jack's booster seat. Jack has gotten pretty good at drawing circles. We are going to start working on tracing letters pretty soon :)

They worked up such an appetite that I let them split a granola bar. I don't know which Drew enjoyed more, the taste of purple crayon or the granola bar :)

New couches

We got some new couches and decided to go the cheap route. Not sure how long they will last but at least if something terrible happens then I won't be devastated :) Jack and Drew like them a lot.

This is why the boys like the new couches. Instant roads!

Drew is now in charge of his own utensils for everything!

Even yogurt and applesauce! :) He makes a bit of a mess but most of it is contained to the bib so Mommy doesn't mind :)

Gee I wonder why Moxie likes Drew......

Drew was in a sharing mood this day. Either that or he didn't like his pretzels. He's pretty taken with Moxie though he still just calls her "dog" :).
